I'm a researcher, lecturer, Director of Alamundo. International Research Institute for Mentoring, Coaching & Leadership and Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching.
My PhD research topic focuses on leadership behaviors and employee engagement. I am also extremely interested in everything and anything around mentoring and coaching, having 7 years of academic and practical experience in the area.
As MBA Lecturer I am currently teaching the following courses
- Coaching and Mentoring for Leadership and Management
- International Human Resource Management
- Organizational Behaviour
